If you manage your weight and do not allow your body to grow your weight, control your blood pressure, cholesterol, and also triglyceride.

Exercise also helps you to reduce weight and blood glucose. And may also control your cholesterol level and blood pressure.
Saturated and trans fat is not good for health so especially avoid these two fats. 
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables especially those that contain less sugar than an apple. 

Keep your food with less salt.


Avoid processed food. Take homemade things.

Don’t take alcohol as it can grow your blood pressure.
Obesity and physical inactivity also causes diabetes. 
Diabetes can lead to serious health issues such as eye and heart problems. But the good thing is that it can be treated.
Be active, do healthy activities like this also good to prevent diabetes. Never gain weight.

What is Hyperglycemia?

Hyperglycemia occurs when high levels of sugar accumulate in the blood and insulin does not control blood sugar. High sugar in the blood leads to diabetes. If a person is not able to manage and control sugar in their blood then he will ultimately to a severe problem that is ketoacidosis (DKA).

What is type 2 diabetes? What are their kinds?

There are two kinds of diabetes:

·        Type I diabetes 


It occurs when insulin is produced in the body does not produce insulin.

·        Type 2 diabetes 

  It is due to when the body is not able to use insulin appropriately. And in this case, glucose remains in the blood.
Eating too much and not taking exercise can lead to a high level of blood sugar levels. This also leads to lessening the working of insulin by sending it more glucose than it can process.  
If a person has diabetes then they should avoid eating sugary things before going to bed.

Symptoms of hyperglycemia

If a person has a high amount of blood sugar nearly 130 mg/dl before eating anything.
Feeling too much thirst
Presence of a high amount of glucose in the urine
