Rhodopsin is known that it is located
in the retina of your eye and is highly sensitive to light.
People having night blindness have difficulty seeing in darkness.

cancer. Vitamin A from plants is good as it is the best way to reduce the risk of
certain types of cancer.

involves and plays an important role in the production of white blood cells. Therefore
it can be said that it is involved in increasing our immune system.

develops painful spots and blackheads on the skin, These spots are located when the
sebaceous glands get clogged up with dead skin. These glands are located in the
hair follicles and produce sebum. Vitamin A deficiency may increase the risk of
developing acne, as it is the cause of the overproduction of the protein keratin in
the hair follicles.

of this vitamin causes
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Pain and even death
But
if we get vitamin A through plant sources then it will be good.
